SG Manufacturing was a guest of the Dreams Kitchen

The team, consisting of Aslı Güleç, Derya Orhan and chef Cihan Gürkan, led by Selda Güleç, the founder of SG Manufacturing, who emphasized local and healthy nutrition, taught our students to make fresh pasta by visiting the Dreams Kitchen.

The students who participate the workshop, learned about making pasta dough, the differences that separates fresh pasta from ready pasta, and the ingredients used in pasta making. Besides being very instructive, at the end of the fun-filled workshop, our students enjoyed the pleasure of eating their own cooked pasta.
